Susan Curran is a seasoned veteran on the marketing and distribution side of the media industry who is now making her push into the world of producing content.

Over the last three decades, Susan has worked as a marketing executive for Sony Wonder, Tower Records, Universal Music, Anchor Bay Entertainment Canada and A71 Entertainment.

During her 12-year-run as Executive Director of Marketing and Acquisitions for Anchor Bay Entertainment Canada, her notable accomplishments include the release of more than 1,000 titles into the Canadian retail marketplace, over 100 of which were Canadian acquisitions. Her innovative marketing and advertising strategies helped build Anchor Bay Entertainment Canada’s company profile, as well as consistently delivered extraordinary results for each property distributed by her team.

As COO of A71 Entertainment, Susan continued to be a champion of new talent, enjoying the energy and ingenuity of the creative people she worked with in the film community while successfully bringing their projects to the marketplace.

Since taking on the role of Executive Producer for the features Between the Waves and The Curse of Audrey Earnshaw, Susan has now shifted her focus to producing, as well as consulting on productions from development to packaging and delivery.
